Behind the project is constructor, Franz Obermoser Eng. So many Landhaus buildings in Kitzbühel and the surrounding area have been constructed by him over the past three decades.

From outside to inside, in this Landhaus property every detail has been meticulously considered. The 78 m² living space on the upper floor forms the core. Testimony to the successful mingling of Alpine lifestyle and exceptional artisan craft are the exposed roof truss in reclaimed spruce and a top-down, open fire. Life takes place all around, accentuated by designer furniture and the finest bespoke colour and living concept.
The mountains so close
Suddenly inhabitants and guests alike are drawn outside. Walking outside, your gaze is drawn to open views to the Wilder Kaiser in the north, and the Großer Rettenstein along with the Hahnenkamm in the south. What a fantastic location! On the large, covered south-facing terrace the mountains seem within touching distance.
Feel the energy of the water
Water – element of life and symbol for relaxation. A great deal of attention has gone into the lovely wellness area and the natural pool. The fresh mountain spring water with its many and varied properties create a fountain of youth for body and mind.

A healthy mind in a healthy body. All the nicer when, as you leave the building, a huge selection of activities are available. In winter the cross-country slope proceeds directly past the building. The cable cars and lifts in the Kitzbühel, Skiwelt Wilder-Kaiser-Brixental and St. Johann ski areas are accessible by car within ten to fifteen minutes.
